| Mike Shelley is a driven and accomplished business professional. After serving in the Marine Corps, he decided to further his education and achieve his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. He then put his education and skills to work by starting SGT KNOTS Supply Co, a company that specializes in providing quality rope and cordage products. Under his leadership, the company has grown to become a leading player in the industry. In addition to managing his own business, Mike also helps other sellers in the same space to achieve maximum growth. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and experience to help others succeed. He is also known for his strong work ethic and ability to adapt and thrive in changing environments. Mike is a family man, and he is happily married with two children and two dogs. In his free time, Mike enjoys traveling in his van with his family, practicing BJJ, and cooking. He is also an avid traveler and adventure seeker, who loves to discover new places and cultures. He is a dedicated and hardworking individual who strives for excellence in everything he does. |
| Toby Grear is a highly experienced and skilled professional, with over 30 years of experience in marketing and outside sales at B&T Distributors Inc. He received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Dayton and also served as a Military Science specialist through the US Army ROTC program at the UD. In addition to his professional pursuits, Toby is an avid martial artist and has been practicing jiu jitsu for over 30 years, achieving a black belt in 2014. He has also been a 3-time MMA World Champion with the Total Fighting Alliance since 2007, and has even made appearances on the front page of the L.A. Times and in several movies and TV shows. Toby is currently the Executive Assistant to CEO Mike Shelley at Reconxx, where he brings his wealth of knowledge and experience in developing and implementing effective brand strategies. He is skilled in utilizing various marketing channels and tactics and has strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. He is excited to be a part of the Reconxx team, where team members are rewarded for loyalty and hard work and there is unlimited growth potential. Outside of work, Toby enjoys staying active with hobbies like jet skiing on Lake Norman, shooting guns, and training his German Shepherd/Malinois named Artemis. He also has a passion for teaching martial arts to children and young adults and values the time he gets to spend with his family. Overall, Toby is a well-rounded and dedicated professional with a wide range of skills and interests. | Meet Larry Rumrill, Distribution Center Manager at Reconxx. Larry brings over 27 years of experience in distribution and management to the team, having previously worked at Schwans Consumer Brands from 1990 to 2017. In addition to his professional experience, Larry also served in the US Army from 1985-1989 and in the Army National Guard from 1989-1993. What Larry enjoys most about his job at Reconxx is the ability to multitask and oversee the completion of various projects and departments. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes. Larry is a skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in distribution and management. He is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of the Reconxx distribution center and is an asset to the team. |
| Meet Casey Smith, the Digital Operations Manager at Reconxx. With a Bachelor's of Science in Conservation Law from 2009 and experience as a Military Police officer in the US Army from 2007-2013, Casey brings a strong background in operations and management to the Reconxx team. Prior to joining Reconxx, Casey worked as an Operations Manager at Aroma Joes Coffee from 2010-2014 and then as Assistant General Manager at Great American Dining from 2015-2021. Casey is excited to be a part of the Reconxx team, where he values the growth potential and the opportunity to work with a talented and driven team. In his role as Digital Operations Manager, Casey brings versatility, an owner's mentality, and critical problem solving skills to the table, along with his expertise in overall operational management. His exceptional work ethic and dedication to excellence make him a valuable asset to the team. Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor recreation activities. | Meet Rodney Smith, the General Manager of Reconxx. Rodney has over 30 years of professional experience in various roles and industries. He began his career as a Military Police in the US Army and later served as a Patrolman for the Rochester NH Police Department. He then moved on to the private sector, working as an Assistant Operations Manager for Arkay Supply Company and later as an Operations Manager for Safestrap Company. In 2007, Rodney joined Strafford County Jail as the Jail Industries Director and held this role until 2016. He has been with Reconxx since 2016 and currently holds the role of General Manager. Throughout his career, Rodney has gained extensive knowledge and experience in company operations, logistics, and purchasing. This has been a valuable asset to the Reconxx team as he leads the company in its continued growth and improvement. Rodney is dedicated to embracing the challenge of reaching new heights for Reconxx. Outside of work, Rodney enjoys spending time with his family and fishing. He is a proud graduate of the US Army Military Police School and the NH State Police Academy. He has received several notable achievements and accomplishments throughout his career such as State of NH Governor's Citation for faithful and honorable service to Strafford County and the State of NH, Strafford County Department of Corrections Innovation Award, NH Department of Corrections Academy Citation for Support of Corrections Officers Education, and Strafford County Department of Corrections award for Inmate Training and Development. | Meet Robert Allen, the Shipping Supervisor at Reconxx. Robert has a high school education and brings a wealth of experience to the team, with five years of warehouse experience and two years of management experience under his belt. He also has sales experience that he utilizes in his role as shipping supervisor. Robert is dedicated to his work and is known for his hard work and strong work ethic. When he's not at Reconxx, Robert enjoys rock climbing, a hobby that helps him stay active and challenge himself. | Caleb Washington is the Production Team Lead at Reconxx. He has a high school education and has previously worked in sales before joining Reconxx. Caleb enjoys the steady hours and pay that come with working at Reconxx. Outside of work, he owns his own powder coat and paint shop and builds award-winning show cars. Caleb is one of the original three employees at Reconxx and brings a wealth of skills and expertise to the team, including the ability to fix broken machinery. He is an asset to the team and a valuable member of the Reconxx family. |
| Meet Sheka Holland, a dedicated and experienced shipping assistant at our company. Sheka graduated from Statesville Senior High School in 1990 and later earned her certificate of nursing assistant (CNA) in 1995. In 1998, she received her associate's degree in sociology. With her education and experience, Sheka brings a unique perspective and approach to her role as a shipping assistant. She is dedicated to ensuring that every shipment is handled with care and precision, and is always looking for ways to improve processes and make them more efficient. Sheka is passionate about reading and learning new things, which helps her stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the shipping industry. With her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Sheka is an invaluable member of our team. |
| David Gatton is a Warehouse Associate at Reconxx. He holds an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Catawba Valley Community College, which he obtained in 2011. He has over a decade of experience in construction, having worked as a Brick Mason at Combs Concrete Construction Company from 2004 to 2007, and as a Tile Mason from 2013 to 2018. He also has experience working in warehouses, having worked as a Warehouse Worker at Saddle Creek from 2018 to 2020 and at SGT Knots from 2021 until present. David enjoys the laid-back atmosphere and fun team members at Reconxx, as well as the good pay and paid vacation time. In his free time, he enjoys playing old video games on his PC and taking trips to the countryside. David brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Reconxx team, particularly in the area of rope cutting operations and special customer orders. He is able to accurately and efficiently cut ropes to the proper length, ensuring customer satisfaction. |
